It is still not fixed, but I am hoping that in a day or two the moisture trapped in their will dry up. I found this little piece in the body of the phone after I removed the logic board and was stumped! I realize afterwards there was therefore no point removing this screw, but I did remove (and put it back afterwards) by holding onto the loose post/washer with tweezers to prevent it I had no wifi at all until this was present. I was totally frustrated and about to buy a new phone, but now problem is solved!
