Nothing in the settings. monitor is recognized but stays black or 'no signal'. The reason why is that DP (newer standard) supports HDMI (older) signaling quite easily through a passive adapter, while going from HDMI to DP requires active conversion. Luckily I bought a mini-display port to DVI as well for my projector.My workaround just now just to run the mini-display port to DVi - my old DVi to HDMI cable

I have a new Macbook model with Snow Leopard installed but the Audio Output over HDMI is not working Make sure your system has the latest software updates installed.

No do a "Detect display" in system preferences to check if it detecting it. Then restart computer in regular mode. So I have yet to see it operate in its native resolution. get redirected here There wasn't any lag at all either!nt
