Mac Troubleshooting Mouse Not Working


Some keys are not responding. However, if there exists a true way to factory reset an Apple Keyboard or Mouse it'd be much appreciated. I need a way to totally and completely reset the keyboard so that it does not maintain any of its previous pairing information. But every once in a while something goes wrong.
