One thing more, Donot change and Visual Studio Settings as it's not aVS issue..it's somthing specific to your current project. The content you requested has been removed. Work around is to change "Content" to "Compile" in the .vbproj file. Browse other questions tagged visual-studio-2008 visual-c++ intellisense or ask your own question. Source these people are working off a very different definition of quality than people who pay money for their tools, I'm afraid.

DELETE (or rename) all other folders that are not the "11.0" folder, assuming you used to have Visual Studio 2008 or whatever. Such as shown here: That brought back the auto popup for me in VS2013 and should for you as well. This fix should work with any version of Visual Studio This is the only thing on the computer and it still occurs after long coding sesions ( > 1 day).
