Expand the Monitors 3. The only thing that works is to install the Catalyst drivers and control center, then one can adjust the brightness via Catalyst. And now, browse down to Display –> Enable adaptive brightness, and change the settings there to Off. Maybe you can provide some more downlods on your descritions on the top for d300, d500 and d700 users?That whould be pretty awsome.

After getting Windows 8.1 installed the dimness was driving me crazy!! I honestly have no idea what I'm doing.

As others have said - if you keep updating the files you will start to get a huge following as i can't see anyone else out there doing the same!

Oli Bootcamp Screen Brightness Windows 10 So I went to Safe Mode, and put back old Bootcamp drivers. Screen to dim. Right click on "Generic PnP Monitor" and choose Disable 4.

So far up until now, the only solution I have found to this problem was to keep the old, default outdated AMD Bootcamp-installed graphics driver. Windows 10 Brightness Shortcut I checked all the power settings in Windows and everything's already set to 100%. the 16.1 hotfix is proving problematic.
