My issue only seems to be occurring on my Xbox360 and Ceton Echo Digital multimedia receiver. Connect with him on Google+. Open the folder, right-click the "_TestRights.cmd" file, and select "Run as Administrator". Since seeing this I uninstalled all my windows updates between 09/15 and 10/12 but that didn't fix the issue (I wish I had a meaningful restore point). note: If your PC came with WinDVD and it does not appear in the application recovery program, you can download and install WinDVD version 5 from the Software and Driver download Reinstalling video drivers - no joy.

There was one other change that I found and made after surfing the web regarding this issue. Without screwing it up and retesting, I'm not sure exactly what fixed it and if order is important but probably something like this: a.
